With a wealth of experience and expertise in providing nursing care for people with Acquired Brain Injury and progressive neurological disorders, as well as providing care for those with autism, we appreciate the worries and concerns you may have.

We have a holistic and broad reaching approach towards health and wellbeing. Working with our multi-disciplinary team and engaging with specialist community support teams across Sussex and beyond. When complex health needs require specialist support, our Silverlake Care teams are here with nursing care you can count on, 24 hours a day.

Promoting Daily Living

It is our mission to make sure that the people we support enjoy the highest standards of care and the opportunity to live their best life. As well as offering a range of therapeutic activities, we also enable each person to maximize their independent abilities with informal learning through daily living tasks. We also encourage and support social interaction through access to community groups, clubs, and formal education in the local area.
